Remove/install

Remove engine cover (2)

Remove upper left charge air line

Drain engine oil out of engine oil cooler (10)

Remove screw/bolts (4, 8, 7) and pull out oil cooling lines (2, 3) from engine oil cooler (10) and engine and seal using suitable stop plugs


Before starting work, the area around the oil cooling lines (2, 3) must be cleaned thoroughly at the connecting points.
Malfunctions or total failure of the engine can occur otherwise.

 Collect escaping engine oil with suitable containers or absorbent rags.

Remove screw/bolt from bracket (5)

Unclip oil cooling lines (2, 3) and remove downwards

Install in the reverse order
