 	Remove/install
	Retrofit smaller poly-V belt pulley and aluminum fan wheel		AN15.40-P-5700CS
1	Disconnect ground line of battery		AR54.10-P-0003A
2	Remove poly-V belt		ra13001193420x
3.1	Remove engine compartment paneling	Engine 104 with compact alternator.	AR61.20-P-1105AB
3.2	Remove aspirator hose (8)	Engine 119, 120 with compact-diode assembly alternator.
3.3	Remove alternator	Engine 119, 120 with compact alternator	AR15.40-P-5032CS
4	Unscrew collar nut (1)	 Counterhold shaft.

5.1	Remove spacer washer (2), V-belt belt pulley (3), support disk (4) and fan wheel (5)	Engine 119, 120 with compact-diode assembly alternator.
5.2	Remove ribbed V-belt pulley (3)	Engine 104, 119, 120 with compact alternator
6	Install in the reverse order
