	Removing
1	Remove poly-V belt		ra13001193420x
2	Remove viscous fan clutch		ra20001193120x
3	Disconnect ground line of battery		AR54.10-P-0003A
4	Remove aspirator hose (7)
5	Remove cap (1)
6	Unscrew collar nut (2)	 To hold the shaft (3), use a hexagon socket bolt (8 mm) with reversible ratchet.

7	Take off poly-V belt pulley (4) with spacer washer (5)
8	Remove screw (6)		*BA15.40-P-1003-01A
9	Loosen bolt (8) and swivel alternator (G2) outward		*BA15.40-P-1003-01A
10	Remove fan wheel (9)	 For the parts necessary for removal, see the replacement parts documents (Group 15).
	Install
11	Place fan wheel (9)
12	Place poly-V belt pulley (4) with spacer washer (5)
13	Tighten collar nut (2)	 To hold the shaft (3), use a hexagon socket bolt (8 mm) with reversible ratchet.
