 	Remove/install
1	Disconnect battery ground line	 Insulate cable lug of ground lead to prevent unintentional contact between the disconnected ground lead and ground point W16/4	AR54.10-P-0003A
2	Remove bottom parts of soundproofing		AR94.30-P-5300AB
3	Drain cooling fluid
4	Remove intake pipe (1)
5	Remove intake pipe (2)
6	Remove air filter housing (3).
7	Remove coolant hose (4)
8	Remove cooler feed line (5)	 Installation: Use new O rings (14).
9	Remove screw (6)		*BA15.40-P-1006-01D
10	Detach coupling line circuit 61 (7)
11	Disconnect electric cable circuit 30 (8)	  Remove cover sleeve over electrical line for circuit 30.	*BA15.40-P-1002-01D
12.1	Slacken poly-V belt and take off	Engine 611.961/612. 961
12.2	Remove/install poly-V belt	Engine 613.961	AR13.22-P-1202HB
13	Remove bolt (9)
14	Remove bracket (10)
15	Remove bolt (11)
16	Remove bolts (12, 13)	 Installation: Insert new gasket between cooling housing flange and engine housing.

17	Remove alternator (G2) downwards
18	Install in the reverse sequence
