Danger!

Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Only pour AdBlue into suitable containers. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Open insulating tubing (2) in area of line fittings (3, 6) to a length of about 10 cm and push back

Installation: Replace removed cable tie and insulation tape.

Clamp off AdBlue lines (4, 5)

Remove filter cup (9) with filter insert (8) on pressure filter housing (7)

Installation: Clean pressure filter housing (7) and replace filter cup (9) with filter insert (8).

Wet O-ring on filter element (8) and on filter cup (9) thinly with lubricant before assembly.

Always use the prescribed lubricant. Also ensure that antifriction agent is used very sparingly otherwise this can lead to damage to the exhaust aftertreatment system.
