1 | Remove fan shroud | ||
2 | Turn the hexagon (1) of the tensioner pulley (2) in a counterclockwise direction until the tensioner pulley can be locked with a drift (3) | Use pin with a diameter of 5 mm. | |
3 | Remove poly-V belt (4) | ||
Installation: Pay attention to poly-V belt routing diagram. | |||
4 | Check profile of belt pulleys and tensioning pulley (2) for damage and dirt and clean or replace if necessary | ||
5 | Check poly-V belts (4) for wear; replace if necessary | ||
6 | Install in the reverse order |
