Remove upper engine cover

Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter

Turn clamping device (4) on multi-tooth pin (3) counterclockwise and lock with a suitable drift

Remove the poly-V belt (1)

Install

Check the poly-V belt (1) for damage and replace if necessary

Do not use belt wax or similar products.
This leads to slipping of the poly-V belt (1).

Pull out drift (1) and tension poly-V belt with clamping device (4)

Push back clamping device (4) onto multi-tooth pin (3) clockwise using a torque
