Remove cylinder head cover trim

Remove fan unit

Remove screws (2)

Unhook bracket for the circulation pumps (3) in the upper area and lay outside the working area to the front

Remove screw/bolts (4)

Disconnect electrical connection (5) and lay vacuum pump (M56) to the side until the poly-V belt tensioning device (6) is accessible

Loosen poly-V-belt (1) and remove

 Installation:
Do not use belt wax or similar products.
Slipping of the poly-V belt (1) can occur otherwise.

 Installation: Fit on poly-V belt (1) as per routing diagram and tension.


