Remove

Remove fan

Loosen screw/bolts for belt pulley (3)

Only when removing the guide pulley (2).

 Unfasten screw/bolt by a few turns.

Remove poly-V belt for fan

Only when removing the guide pulley (2).

Remove belt pulley (3)

Only when removing the guide pulley (2).

 To do this, unscrew screw/bolts completely.

Remove poly-V belt

Remove cap from respective guide pulley (1, 2)

Remove respective guide pulley (1, 2)



Check

8

Check respective guide pulley (1, 2) for wear and damage

 Replace respective guide pulley (1, 2) for the respective findings.



Install

Install respective guide pulley (1, 2)

 Bolt, guide pulley to timing case cover

Install cap from respective guide pulley (1, 2)

Install poly-V belt

Install belt pulley (3)

Only if the guide pulley (2) was removed.

 Counterhold belt pulley (3) when tightening of the screw/bolts.

 Bolt, poly-V belt pulley of fan to hub

Install poly-V belt for fan

Only if the guide pulley (2) was removed.
