Remove/install

Detach diesel injection system control unit and place to one side with attached lines

Unclip engine wiring harness guide (9) and carefully push upwards

Remove left engine air intake duct upstream of air filter

Unclip coolant hose with bracket (1) on the engine charge air duct (2)

Remove screw/bolt (3)

 Bolt, engine charge air duct for turbocharger to charge air distributor

Remove screw/bolt (4) for charge air cooler (7)

 If necessary turn bracket (6) to the side.

Remove screw/bolt (5) for charge air cooler (7)

 Bolt, charge air cooler to oil pan/bracket

Remove engine charge air duct (2) to the front

 Installation: Check sealing rings for damage and replace if necessary.
Mount sealing ring on charge air cooler (7) and on ATL (8) and ensure correct seating.

 First detach engine charge air duct (2) on ATL (8) and then on charge air cooler (7).

Install in the reverse order
