Remove/install

Remove turbine wheel housing of the turbocompound system

Remove oil pressure line (1)

 Banjo bolt, oil pressure line to crankcase

 Banjo bolt, oil pressure line to transmission housing

Remove clamp (2) for coolant line (3) on timing case

 Bolt, clamp for coolant line of solenoid valve on heating element for AdBlue® container to timing case

Remove transmission housing (4) of turbocompound system from crankcase (5) and take out

 Screw/bolt, transmission housing to crankcase

Remove sealing rings (6 and 7) from transmission housing (4)

 Installation: Replace sealing rings (6, 7) and coat with lubricant.
