Unscrew bolt (4).

Detach vacuum line (5) from bypass flap controller(10) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.

Remove screw (6).

Detach vacuum hose (7) from vacuum line(5) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.

 Record plug

Remove screw (8).

Remove oil feed line(1) from exhaust gas turbocharger(3) and on timing case cover(9) and remove with vacuum line(5).

 Installation: Install new sealing rings.

Clean openings with a lint-free rag and seal with suitable stop plugs.

 Record plug

Install in the reverse order.

Check and correct engine oil level.


