Remove/install

Remove low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation cooler.

 Installation: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.

Remove screw/bolts (1, 2).

 Installation: Replace screw/bolts (1, 2).

 Screw/nut, exhaust gas turbocharger oil lines

Unscrew screws (3, 6) and remove oil feed line (4).

 Installation: Replace screws (3, 6) and O-rings.

 Screw/nut, exhaust gas turbocharger oil lines

Seal connections with suitable stop plugs.

 Record plug

Install in the reverse order.

Check engine oil level and correct if necessary.


