4 Screw

5 Exhaust gas recirculation pipe

6 Gasket

7 Sealing ring

8 Screw

9 Intake module

10 Exhaust gas recirculation valve

11 Screw clamp

 	Remove/install
1	Detach vacuum hose (1) at the exhaust gas recirculation valve (10)
2	Detach charge air hose (2) at mixing chamber (3)	 Inspect condition of hoses and hose clamps, replace if necessary. The connection point between charge air hose (2) and mixing chamber (3) must be free of oil and grease.
3	Unscrew bolt (4) at exhaust gas recirculation pipe (5)		*BA09.20-P-1004-01F
4	Unscrew bolt (8) and detach mixing chamber (3) at intake module (9)	Installation: Clean sealing surfaces at mixing chamber (3), intake module (9) and exhaust gas recirculation pipe (5). Replace gasket (6) and seal (7).

5	Install in the reverse order
