Disable the high-voltage system

Take off clamp (13)

Disconnect high-voltage connector (14) from hybrid system electric motor (M32)

 Seal plug of high-voltage connector with protective cover and connection of hybrid system electric motor (M32) with safety plug (15).

Remove bolt (5) and remove retaining cap (4)

 Bolt, retaining cap to high-voltage connector

Disconnect electrical high-voltage connector (3) from inverter (A903)

 Seal plug of high-voltage connector (3) with dust cap.

 Set of safety plugs

Remove clamps (8) at electrical wiring harness

Remove bolt (7) at high-voltage line

Disconnect high-voltage connector (9) from inverter (A903)

 Seal plug of high-voltage connector (9) with protective cover.

Slide rubber boot (6) back and remove bolt (10) from electrical connector (11)

 Installation: Replace cable tie and ensure that rubber boot (6) has a tight fit.

Disconnect electrical connector (11) from inverter (A903)

Remove ground lines (12) from inverter (A903)

 Bolt, ground line to converter

Clamp off coolant hoses (1)

 Clamp

 Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove coolant hoses (1) from inverter (A903)

 Collect coolant in clean vessel.

Remove bolts (2) and remove inverter (A903)

 Secure inverter (A903) against falling down.

 Bolt, converter to bracket

Install in the reverse order

Cooling system - check and correct fluid level


