Replace the threaded bush

Remove threaded bush.

Then blow out the thread in cylinder head with compressed air.

Clean thread in cylinder head with cleaning spray.

Apply adhesive thinly and apply evenly to the new threaded bushing.

Screw in threaded bush down to the collar, tighten and caulk with a center punch   .

Allow adhesive material to cure for at least 6 h. Only install after curing of the injection nozzle.
