Remove

Remove single injection pump.

 Absolute cleanliness is essential for all work on the single injection pump.

Clean lower section of single injection pump.


It is essential to prevent any dirt or cleaning agents from entering the single injection pump.
Single injection pump can otherwise be damaged.

Remove O-rings (10, 11) at single injection pump.

Slide sleeve (12) onto single injection pump.

Clean upper section of single injection pump.

 Carefully remove any paint residues from sealing surfaces of single injection pump.

Disassemble

Mark installation position of intermediate plate (5) relative to pump housing (1) with a marking (A).

 Solely use a touch-up paint pen.

Place single injection pump on stop plate (9).

Remove paint residues with a scriber from heads of screws (8).

Unscrew screws (8), remove magnet (6) together with intermediate plate (5) and model plate (7).

Remove intermediate plate (5) and model plate (7) at magnet (6) and clean sealing surface at magnet (6).

Remove seals (4) and clean intermediate plate (5).

 Do not damage sealing surfaces.

Mark cross fitting (2) and anchor plate (3) relative to pump housing (1) with a marking (B).

 Solely use a touch-up paint pen. The cross piece (2) must not be pushed or twisted.

Spray sealing surfaces at pump housing (1), cross fitting (2) and anchor plate (3) with cleaner and carefully clean parts.

 Do not remove the existing paint residues on pump housing (1) since they fix the intermediate plate (5) to pump housing (1).
Do not remove the markings (A, B).

Remove stop plate (9).

Clean model plate (7).

 Remove any paint from the area around the bolt heads contact surfaces.
Do not remove protective foil from model plate.



Assemble

Place new stop plate (9) under pump housing (1).

Insert new seals (4) in intermediate plate (5).

 Secure seals (4) with grease.

High-temperature grease

Place intermediate plate (5) on pump housing (1).

 Note markings (A, B) on cross piece (2) and armature plate (3) relative to pump housing (1).
Cutouts at the opening in intermediate plate (5) must be aligned in the direction of the cross piece (2).
Existing paint fixes the intermediate plate (5) to pump housing (1).

Place magnet (6) and model plate (7) on intermediate plate (5) .

Press together model plate (7), magnet (6), intermediate plate (5), pump housing (1) and stop plate (9) and tighten with new screws (8).

 Tighten screw/bolts (8) above cross piece.

Install

Remove sleeve (12) from single injection pump.

Install single injection pump with new O-rings (10, 11).
