| Remove/install | ||
1 | Connect vehicle diagnosis system and carry out initial startup of the diesel injection system control unit (1). | When replacing the diesel injection system control unit (1). | |

2 | Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery. | ||
3 | Remove screws (2). | ||
4 | Remove air ducting (3) from diesel injection system control unit (1) and place to one side. | ||
5 | Remove screws (4). | ||
6 | Remove diesel injection system control unit (1) far enough to gain access to electrical connectors (5). | ||
7 | Release electrical connections (5) and disconnect. | ||
8 | Remove diesel injection system control unit (1). | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
