Remove/install

1

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).

Release and disconnect electrical connector (3) from gasoline particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B163/3).

Remove click clamps (5) and remove pressure hoses (4) from pressure lines (6).

 Installation: Note markings on pressure hoses (4) and replace click clamps (5).

 Installation: Attach pressure hoses (4) to pressure lines (6) to that free of tension.

Seal openings with suitable stop plug.

Remove screw (2) and remove gasoline particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B163/3).

 Bolt/nut, differential pressure sensor to bracket

Install in the reverse order.

Read out and delete fault memory.



Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper leak tightness and leak tightness.
