Keep all ignition sources out of the hazard area. Only check injection nozzles in the nozzle testing device. Do not touch the injection nozzle stream.

Carefully remove all carbonization residues on injection nozzle

Connect injection nozzle and nozzle holder to the testing unit (3)

Only clean test oil or filtered diesel fuel should be used for testing

Checking leaktightness of injection nozzle

Read off the ejection pressure at the pressure gage (4) of the test equipment.
