Remove injection lines (8).

Release and disconnect electrical connectors (3).

Open snap clamp (6).

 Pliers for click clamps

Remove fuel return line (7) from rail (1) and collect any escaping fuel with a rag.

Remove snap clamp (6) from fuel return line (7).

 Installation: Install new snap clamp (6).

Seal openings on fuel return line (7) and rail (1) with suitable stop plugs.

Remove screws (4).

Open holders (5).

Remove union nut (39) and collect escaping fuel with a rag.

Seal openings on rail (1) and high-pressure line (9) with suitable stop plugs.
