Remove

Check basic position of camshafts

Remove the chain tensioner (3)

 Dispose of chain tensioner (3).

Remove tensioning rail (2)

 For this purpose, remove bearing pin (2s).

 Dispose of tensioning rail (2) and bearing pin (2s).

Remove slide rail (1)

 For this purpose, remove screws (1s).

 Dispose of slide rail (1) and screws (1s).



Install

Replace timing chain, timing chain sprocket and crankshaft gear

Install new slide rail (1)

 Screw/bolt, slide rail to crankcase/cylinder head

Install new tensioning rail (2)

 Bearing pin, tensioning rail to cylinder head

Install new chain tensioner (3)

Check basic position of camshafts
