AR05.10-S-7605-03CE	Remove/install lower toothed belt cover
 Warning	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Shown on removed engine with installed belt pulley and installed poly-V-belt

1	Remove screw/bolt (1).

2	Remove screw/bolt (2).

3	Clamp off coolant hoses (3) at a suitable position, close to the metering valve (4), with  clamping devices.

4	Remove coolant hoses (3) from metering valve (4).

 Collect coolant which flows out. Seal openings at metering valve (4).
 Use hose clamp pliers and  set of stop plugs.

 Installation: Install new spring bracket clamps.

5	Place coolant hoses (3) and lines (5) outside of the working area.

6	Remove electric line (6) from trim (8).

7	Release locks (7).

8	Remove trim (8).

 Installation: Check retaining clips of the electric line (6).

Depending on the findings,



replace damaged retaining clips.

9	Install in the reverse order.
