1 | Rotate the fly wheel (1) or the toothed crown gear holder with the device for rotating the engine until the mark (arrow B) on fly wheel (1) is positioned in line with the molten edge (arrow A) of the fly wheel housing (2) |

2 | Install the jig (3) on the rocker mechanism (4) |
3 | Check the position of the hole (arrow C) in the gear (5) of intake valves camshaft and the position of the hole (arrow D) in the gear (6) of the exhaust valves camshaft |
The holes (arrows C, D) should be in the "position of 12 hours" and the pins of the jig (3) should indicate in the center of the holes (arrows C, D), if necessary, rotate the engine again by 360° (one turn of the engine). |
4 | Disconnect the electric connector (7) in the crankshaft position sensor (B600) |
5 | Loosen the bolt of the crankshaft position sensor (B600) and pull the crankshaft position sensor (B600) out the fly wheel housing (2) |
6 | Insert the punch (8) in the fly wheel housing (2) and lock the fly wheel (1) or the toothed crown gear holder |
The pin on the punch (8) should be positioned in the hole (arrow E) on fly wheel (1) or in the toothed crown gear holder. |
