Remove/install

Remove poly-V-belt (1) from belt pulley (2).

Install retaining lock for crankshaft / starter ring gear.

Remove center bolt (3).

Remove belt pulley (2).

 Installation: The installation position is defined by the Woodruff key (4) of the crankshaft and the groove on the belt pulley (2).



Check

Check belt pulley (2) for damage and galling.

If there is a problem,



Replace belt pulley(2).

Check front radial shaft sealing ring for damage.

If there is a problem,



Replace front radial shaft sealing ring.

Install in the reverse order.
