Remove

Remove clutch.

Install retaining lock for crankshaft.

Loosen screws (1 – 6).


To loosen the screws (1 – 6), do use not an impact wrench/driver or similar compressed air tools.
Failure to observe will cause damage to the thread in the crankshaft flange.

Remove screws (1 – 6) and remove flywheel/drive plate (7).

 Aid of helper required.

Check rear radial shaft sealing ring for leak tightness and damage.

If problems exist,



Replace rear radial shaft sealing ring.

Install

Position flywheel/drive plate (7) on crankshaft.

Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process

 Aid of helper required.

 The dowel pin of the crankshaft determines the installation position of the flywheel/drive plate (7).

Tighten screws (1 – 6) slightly by hand and tighten in numerical sequence as per the illustration.

Remove retaining lock for crankshaft.
