Remove

Remove clutch.

Install retaining lock for crankshaft.

Loosen the screws (1 ­ 6).


To remove the screws (1 ­ 6), do not use an impact wrench or similar pneumatic tools.
Failure to observe will cause damage to the thread in the crankshaft flange.

Remove the screws (1 ­ 6) and remove the flywheel /drive plate (7).

 Aid of helper required.

Check rear radial shaft sealing ring for leak tightness and damage.

If problems exist,



Replace rear radial shaft sealing ring.

Install

Position the flywheel / drive plate (7) on the crankshaft.

Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process

 Aid of helper required.

 The dowel pin for the crankshaft determines the installation position of the flywheel /drive plate (7).

Slightly tighten the screws (1 ­ 6) by hand and tighten in numerical order as shown in the diagram.

Remove retaining lock for crankshaft.
