Use screw/bolts (1) with a 21.2 mm thick bolt head.
Otherwise strain cracks can arise on the Flex-plate.


Engine 651 up to 7/14/11 in model 166, 172, 204, 207, 212 (except 212.098/298), 218, 221 with transmission 722
For both screw/bolts (1) next to the cylinder pin. 15.5 mm thick bolt heads, otherwise use 21.2 mm thick bolt heads.
Otherwise strain cracks can arise on the Flex-plate.

 Installation: Replace screw/bolts (1) and perforated disc.

 Counterhold crankshaft.

 Bolt, flywheel or two-mass flywheel to crankshaft

install new flywheel (2).

Check rear crankshaft radial shaft sealing ring

If damage is present:



Replace crankshaft radial shaft sealing ring.
