1 | Tilt cab | Installation: Only tilt back cab after the leak test. | |
2 | Remove ignition coils of cylinder 1 to 6 (T1.1a to T1.6a) | ||
3 | Remove clamp (1) from bracket (2) | ||
4 | Remove bracket (2) | ||
5 | Remove air intake duct (3) | ||
6 | Check profiled seal of the cylinder head cover (4) for leaktightness | If the profile seal is leaky: | |

Replace profiled seal. | |||
7 | Remove cylinder head cover (4) | Tightening procedure | |
The screw/bolts for the cylinder head cover (4) are secured from falling out. | |||
Installation: Observe tightening procedure for cylinder head cover (4). | |||
Bolt, cylinder head cover to rocker arm housing | |||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Carry out an engine test run | ||
10 | Stop engine and check area around the cylinder head cover (4) for leaktightness | Visual inspection. |
