Cut out damaged part of plastic line (1) or disconnect plastic line (1)

Depending on diameter, insert plastic line (1) with a protrusion of approx. 5 to 10 mm inwards in the assembly device (2) and clamp tight

 Assembly device

Insert connection fitting (3)

Use ratchet of assembly device (2) to press plastic line (1) onto connection fitting (3)



Check

Check repair or extension point of plastic line (1) for damage

Check repair or extension point of plastic line (1) for leaks

 E.g. apply pressure to plastic line (1) using suitable measure.
Use commercially available leak detection spray for the leak test.
