Switch off ignition

Remove soundproofing

Drain coolant at engine radiator and at engine

Remove coolant hose (5)

Unlatch safety clips (6).

Detach oil filler line (3) from coolant pipe (2)

Detach coolant pipe (2) from crankcase

Detach coolant hoses (1, 4) together with coolant pipe (2)

Unlatch safety clips (6).

Install

Install new coolant hoses (1, 4) together with coolant pipe (2)

Moisten O-rings (7) in quick-release couplings of coolant hoses (1, 4) with lubricant. Ensure absolute cleanliness and freedom from grease are given. The securing clamps (6) must latch into place.

Mount coolant pipe (2) to crankcase

Mount oil filler line (3) to coolant pipe (2)

Install new coolant hose (5)

Moisten O-rings (7) in quick-release couplings of coolant hose (5) with lubricant. Ensure absolute cleanliness and freedom from grease are given. The securing clamps (6) must latch into place.
