Due to recent events we would like to point out that during assembly operations on mounting consoles (2) for fuel tanks crack formations in the area of the bolted connections can occur due to an incorrect assembly sequence of the supporting rails (1, 3).

In order to avoid crack formation, it is absolutely essential that the following assembly sequence must be adhered to for all mounting consoles (2) which are located between the two fuel tanks:

1 First of all, mount the rear supporting rail (1) on the mounting console (2).

2 Then mount the front supporting rail (3) on the rear supporting rail (1) and screw on with the mounting console (2).
