1 Front jack points behind the 1st frame cross member in conjunction with a bridge (01, shop-made) for the support brackets and arms of the lifting platform.

2 Jack points on the front axle housing for the support brackets and arms of the lifting platform.

3 Rear jack points for the arms of the lifting platform forward of the 6th frame cross member.

4 Jack points on the rear axle support tubes for the support brackets and arms of the lifting platform.

5 Jack points behind the 7th frame cross member in conjunction with bracket 601 589 04 63 00 for the support brackets.

The vehicle must be unladen when jacking up and attaching the support brackets to the frame.

Jacking up with a pit lift or workshop jack

1 Jack up at the front axle.

2 Jack up at the rear axle.

Jack points on axles for support brackets

1 Jack points at the sides of the front axle.

2 Jack points at the sides of the rear axle.

Jack points on front of frame

1 To raise the vehicle with the lifting platform and to attach the support brackets, first push a bridge (01) between the two frame side members behind the 1st frame cross member.

2 To support, use either truck support brackets (02) or the Nogra support bridge (03).

Jack points on rear of frame

1 To raise the vehicle with the lifting platform, attach the support arms forward of the 6th frame cross member.

2 To attach support brackets or the Nogra support bridge in front of the 7th frame cross member, use two bracket (04).

Do not use support brackets with the standard contact surface to support the frame at the rear or the frame may be dented.

3 The bracket (04) is suitable for use with the Nogra support bridge (03) and with truck support brackets (02) with a tube diameter of 42 mm in conjunction with the appropriate bushing. If other support brackets are used, modify the bushing to fit the tube diameter of the existing brackets, or prepare a new bushing.
