Cause/remedy:
1. Reconditioned transmissions can be fitted with an incorrectly sized intermediate plate.
2. Remove shift valve body and check whether there are two holes (arrows) in large intermediate plate. If holes are there, replace large intermediate plate (ZB part no. 124 270 0005/05)
If an intermediate plate without two holes is installed, the cause is clutch K2, i.e. replace externally-toothed disc carrier K2 completely.
