Removing, installing

1 Remove hood.
2 Take off plastic clip (1).
3 Detach leak oil hoses (7).
4 In the case of injection nozzle of cylinder 4 or 5 respectively, remove plug (3).
5 Disconnect injection lines (2) at the injection nozzles (4) and push to the side.
Installation note
Tightening torque 18 Nm.

6 Unscrew injection nozzles (4).
Installation note
Tightening torque 80 Nm.

7 Take off protective sleeves (5) and remove nozzle disc (6).
Installation note
Pay attention to installation position of new nozzle discs (6) (curved side faces down) and of protective sleeves (5).
8 Install in the reverse order.
