Air cleaner cover

remove, install (09-400).

Model 202

Air cleaner cross pipe

remove, install (09-405).

All models

Fuel lines at suction side (89)
and delivery side (82)

disconnect, connect.

Note Model 202

Release quick locks, secure and pull off, fit on. Replace O-rings according to condition.

Nuts (3c)

unscrew, screw on and take off washer (3b), fit on.

Fuel pump (3)

take off, fit on. Collect engine oil which flows out.

Gasket (3a)

replace.

Leak tightness of all connection points

check with engine running.

Note

The fuel system is bled automatically when starting engine.
