remove, install (09-400).

Air cleaner cross pipe

remove, install (09-405).

Injection lines at injection pump

unscrew, screw on. Special tool

000 589 77 03 00, tightening torque

10-20 Nm as reference value.

Delivery valve holder (7)

remove, install. Special tool 617 589 01 09 00

Installation note

To ensure that the seals of the delivery valve holders are correctly seated, tighten delivery valve holders to 30 Nm and slacken, tighten once again to 30 Nm and slacken, and then tighten finally to 30+5 Nm.

Compression spring (7i)

check, replace if necessary.

Copper seal (7f)

replace.

Delivery valve (7k)

rinse in fuel before installing.

Delivery valve carrier (7g)

pay attention to installation position.

O-ring (7h)

check, replace if necessary. Oil before installing.
