Engine	run to coolant temperature > 40 °C.
Vacuum tester (019)	connect and check supply vacuum: set value  700 mbar.
Thermovalve (128) (closes at approx. 17 °C)	check for leaks.
Thermovalve (130) (opens at approx. 17 °C)	check for open passage.
Vacuum unit idle speed increase	check for leaks.
Ventilation line (black)	check for open passage.

2nd version with 1 thermovalve

Engine	run to coolant temperature > 40 °C.
Vacuum unit (019)	connect and check supply vacuum: set value  700 mbar.
Thermovalve (128a) (closes at approx. 30 °C)	check for leaks.
Vacuum unit idle speed increase	check for leaks.
Ventilation line (black)	check for open passage.

The vacuum unit (4) on the injection pump can only be renewed by a Bosch agent as the governor has to be dismantled and subsequently adjusted on a Bosch injection pump calibrating test bench.
