General
The fully integrated transmission control electrohydraulic controller unit determines the actual status of the vehicle and controls all gear change sequences depending on the ease of shifting and the driving situation.
An independent vehicle diagnosis system is integrated into the fully integrated transmission control electrohydraulic controller unit.
Function
The fully integrated transmission control electrohydraulic controller unit evaluates incoming signals and requests, forwards them to participating control units or actuates internal actuators.
The following components are integrated into the fully integrated transmission control electrohydraulic controller unit and they are read out or actuated directly:
Electric auxiliary oil pump
Switchover and regulation valves:
Gear control regulation valves
System pressure control valve
K1/K2 clutch regulation valves
Gear cylinder pressure regulation valves
Park pawl switchover valve
Complete transmission sensor system (consisting of rpm, temperature, pressure and position sensors)
Transmission control control unit
Flash programming
The transmission control in the fully integrated transmission control electrohydraulic controller unit is flashable. The complete software in the control unit can be replaced using Xentry Diagnostics.
