Remove/install

Open engine hood

Remove radiator grille

Remove front section of fender liner in right and left front fender

Remove bolts (1), pivot bracket (2) toward vehicle and remove toward rear

 Mount (2) up to model year 2010.

Remove bolt (3)

Disconnect right front engine compartment/bumper connector (X26/36)

Disconnect left front engine compartment/bumper connector (X26/32)

 Only on vehicles with code (220) Parktronic system (PTS).

Remove front bumper (4) towards the front

 Slightly pull fender toward outside on both sides of clips (5) to prevent damage.

 Use aid of helper.

Disassemble front bumper (4) and assemble

 Only if front bumper (4) is replaced.

Install in the reverse order

Check gaps on front bumper (4), adjust if necessary
