1 | Open engine hood and move to upright position | ||
2 | Remove A-pillar paneling | ||
3 | Unscrew screws (2) | ||
4 | Unscrew screw (5) | ||
5 | Remove inner fender in front fender | ||
6 | Unscrew screw (6) | ||
7 | Pivot retaining bracket (7) to center of vehicle, pull backward and remove | ||
8 | Remove foam rubber insert (8) and unscrew screws (9) | ||
9 | Press off rocker panel (3) and press downward until nuts (4) are accessible | First remove spreading rivet downward | |
10 | Unscrew nuts (4) | ||
11 | Unhook front fender (1) from mount (11) at front on bumper (10) and remove | ||
12 | Install in opposite order | Installation: Ensure that driver's door and engine hood are correctly positioned, seal should make contact with inner fender |
