Remove heater from the housing

Unscrew bolt (3) and remove cover (2) with gasket (1)

Installation: Check gasket (1) for damage and replace if necessary.

Unlock 14-pin plug (10) and disconnect from auxiliary heater control unit (9)

Detach connection lines from the glow plug (8)

Detach trim parts (5, 6, 14, 15)

Disconnect plug (11) of overheating sensor (12) from auxiliary heater control unit (9)

Installation: Observe accurate cable routing.

Unscrew screws (13) from overheating sensor (12).

Remove overheating sensor (12)

10

Install in the reverse order
