Unscrew bolt (3) and remove cover (2) with gasket (1)

Installation: Check gasket for damage and replace if necessary.

Unlock 14-pin plug (10) and disconnect from auxiliary heater control unit (9)

Detach connection lines from the glow plug (8)

Detach trim parts (5, 6, 14, 15)

Disconnect plug (11) of flame sensor (12) from auxiliary heater control unit (9)

Installation: Observe accurate cable routing.

Remove retaining spring (13) of flame sensor (12)

Installation: Replace retaining spring (13). Push on retaining spring using a suitable tool (arrows).

Remove flame sensor (12)

10

Install in the reverse order
