		 Depending on the model and version involved, the electromagnetic shutoff valve in the roof-mounted air conditioning system must be energized so that the entire system can be evacuated. As a rule, the electromagnetic shutoff valve is located between the fluid reservoir and the expansion valve.
2	Evacuate air conditioning system, leak test		AR83.30-T-1762C
3	Charge air conditioning system with refrigerant	 Note the following:  Pay attention to the operating instructions of the A/C suction and recycling equipment.  Only pour in the specified total filling quantity via the pressure-side testing and filling valve (1).

4	Unscrew pressure-side shutoff valve (3) and intake-side shutoff valve (4) completely	 Unscrewing closes the pressure-side testing and filling valve (1) and the intake-side testing and filling valve (2).
5	Screw protective caps onto pressure-side shutoff valve (3) and intake-side shutoff valve (4)
6	Switch off extraction, recycling and filling equipment
7	Disconnect suction and pressure line of A/C suction and recycling equipment from intake-side testing and filling valve (2) and pressure-side testing and filling valve (1)
8	Detach electrical line for energizing electromagnetic shutoff valve	 If the electrical line for energizing the electromagnetic shutoff valve was installed.
