1 | Disconnect battery ground line | ||
2 | Remove air/water duct (6) | ||
3 | Remove protective strips (7) in pinch roll for mounting air/water duct (6) | ||
4 | Remove covers (5) | Installation: Replace covers (5). | |
5 | Disconnect electrical connector (2) | ||
6 | Fasten electrical connector (2) to outer windshield (1) with duct tape | ||
7 | Remove paneling from left and right A-pillar | ||
8 | Remove left and right sun visors | ||
9 | Disconnect electrical connector from central locking antenna (A2/34) | Installation: Glue central locking antenna (A2/34) to new windshield (1) before installing. | |
10 | Unscrew bolts from mirror carrier and remove mirror carrier | ||
11 | Disconnect electrical connectors (3) | Model 240 | |
12 | Fasten electrical connectors (3) to inner windshield (1) with duct tape | Model 240 | |
13 | Install in the reverse order |
