Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remove/install

Turn off ignition

Disconnect the electrical connection (5) in the pump module (1)


The electrical connection (5) disconnected should not enter in contact with the AdBlue®.
Otherwise, damages can occur in the wire harness, and in the connected components.

Remove the AdBlue® suction piping (2)

Remove the AdBlue® feeding piping (3) and attach it upward

Collect and discard the AdBlue® drained.

Remove the pump module (1) in the support (4)

Install in reverse order

Perform the routine for putting the pump module (1) in operation

Check the leak-tightness in the separating points of the pipings

Visual inspection.
