1 | Remove bottom section of sound-proofing capsule | ||
2 | Remove pre-catalytic converter (120/1) | For this step slacken clamp (22) at turbocharger (110) and clamp (32) downstream of primary catalytic converter (120/1). | |
Replace sealing cone (2333), in order to avoid leakage. | |||
3 | Detach bracket (13) for catalytic converter (111) at transmission | | |
Unscrew self-locking nuts (3) | Installation: Replace self-locking nuts (3). | ||

4 | Press exhaust system out of rubber mounts | ||
5 | Take off exhaust system | Installation: Install exhaust system free of tension. | |
If the catalytic converter (111) is replaced, slacken pipe clamp of connection of catalytic converter to rear exhaust system | |||

6 | Install in the reverse order |
