Remove trim panels of cylinder head cover

Remove air cleaner

Remove collar clamp (32) of turbocharger (110) to pre-catalytic converter (120/1)

 Installation: Install new sealing cone (33) in order to avoid any leaks.

Remove bottom section of sound-proofing capsule

Remove collar clamp (22) of pre-catalytic converter (120/1) to catalytic converter (111)

 Installation: Replace sealing cone (23) in order to preclude leakage.

Unbolt pre-catalytic converter (120/1) at crankcase



Unscrew bracket (13) for catalytic converter (111) at threaded plate of middle exhaust pipe

 Installation: Replace self-locking nut (3).



Lift pre-catalytic converter (120/1) up and out

 Installation: Install three way catalytic converter free of tension.


