1 | Release the threaded pins (16) and (18) fully actuating the spring tension | ||
2 | Loosen the Torxs type screws (15) and remove the spring housing (1) | Assembly: Tighten the bolts alternately evenly for perfect component accommodation. | |

3 | Remove spring retainer (13), spring (12), piston (11) and set of parts: piston, (8) and (5) with their respective sealing rings | ||
4 | Replace the sealing rings (3) and (4) from piston (5), and the ring (6) and the sealing ring (7) from piston (8). And from piston (11) the sealing rings (9) and (10) | ||
5 | Remove the spring plates (19), springs (20), membrane plates (21), support rings (22) and diaphragms (23) from the ports | ||
6 | Remove the cover (28) and the sealing ring (29) from the spring housing (1) | ||
7 | Remove the spring (35) and their respective sealing gaskets (30), (34) and (36) from the housing (2) | ||
8 | Remove the valve inserts (24) and (31) from the spring (35) | Assembly: When mounting, observe the difference between valve inserts (24) and (31) applied to the membrane plate (21), support ring (22) and diaphragm (23). | |

9 | Clean the components and check the parts for wear | Use a suitable product to clean plastic and rubber components, otherwise they can be damaged. | |
The repair kit parts should be replaced every disassembly. | |||
10 | Install in reverse order | ||
