1 | Remove screws (10) from lower cover (9), exhaust tube (11), seal ring (8), valve guide (6), spring (5), spring seat (4), and valve (2) | ||
2 | Remove seal ring (7) from valve guide (6) and seal ring (3) from valve (2) | ||
3 | Remove pins (33) and handle (34) | Put the lever at the center position and remove cover (32) undocking from the base with a thin rod screwdriver. | |
4 | Release and remove screws (31) and cam set with these components (20 to 29) | ||
5 | Disassemble cam set by removing: support (19), positioner plate (30), supports (27), and complete cam (26) | Remove torsion springs (28) and (29) from complete cam (26). | |
6 | Remove seal rings (21) and (22) from cover (25) | Support (20) and bush (23) must not be removed from cover (25). | |
7 | Remove complete piston (18) from part (1) | ||

12 | Assemble spring seat (4) and seal ring (3) in valve (2) | ||
13 | Assemble seal ring (7) in valve guide (6) | ||
14 | Assemble exhaust tube (11) in lower cover (9) | ||
15 | Assemble valve (2), spring (5), valve guide (6), seal ring (8), lower cover (9) in part (1) | Install screws (1) and tighten them with specified torque. | |

16 | Assemble piston set (18) installing in piston (13) seal ring (14), screw (15) with self-locking nut (16) and spring set (17) with compensating wedges | Install piston set (13) in piston (18). | |
